Retail TEAM LEAD

Role Description

The Retail Team Lead works directly with the Owner to support all retail and front end operations. The primary focus is ensuring day to day retail tasks are completed, inventory is kept stocked, product is sold, and retail customers needs are met. This is a supervisory position.

Responsibilities:

-Train with Owner on all front end Management Operations.
-Hire, train, and build Team for existing and all future locations.
-Manage retail shop, restock inventory, wait on customers exceeding their expectations, provide product knowledge, upsell, assist w POS check out, and any other aspects of customer interface.
-Maintain inventory including supplies and par levels for retail space.
-Record SOPs for Company wide standardized use.
-Maintain a clean and sanitized work area including retail space, bathrooms, front
entrance, etc.
-As a start up, you will be asked to wear many hats, that may not be included in this role description :)
-Participate in team activities, weekly meetings, and advocate for LP culture.
-Be versatile, adaptive to change, and use critical thinking skills to make decisions in an innovative environment. Be a team leader at all times.
-Be dependable, positive, and fun. Create new opportunities to make our space a better experience for customers.
-Be reliable and come to work, on time, every day ready to contribute.
-Participate as a team member by responding to emails and texts in a timely manner.

-Sample all our food offerings so you can speak more knowledgeably about them to the customer.

-Be a leader in the company, contributing to our culture and creating a place of excellence.

-Contribute ideas and identify areas for continuous improvement that add value to offering and promos.

-Work w local customers and business partners to convey LP services and promote offerings through the NV community.

-Build a team to help work VIP events.
